How It’s Done:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to assist in altering and improving a mechanism within an existing product design. This is a short-term project with the potential for ongoing work if the quality of work meets our standards. The engineer should be comfortable signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before beginning the project.

We have prototypes available and need expert assistance to refine the engineering aspects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing detailed drawings and CAD files.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and Improve Mechanism:
   Evaluate and enhance the current mechanism within our product for improved functionality and efficiency.
2. Provide Detailed Drawings:
   Deliver precise engineering drawings and CAD files to support design modifications.
3. Team Collaboration:
   Work closely with our team to ensure all design changes meet functional requirements and project goals.
4. Maintain Confidentiality:
   Sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect project information.

Requirements:

1. Mechanical Engineering Experience:
   Proven background in mechanical engineering, particularly related to product mechanisms.
2. CAD Proficiency:
   Skilled in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
3. Technical Documentation:
   Ability to generate accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and documentation.
4. NDA Compliance:
   Willingness to sign and honor a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prototyping and Testing:
   Experience in developing, refining, and testing product prototypes.
2. Consumer Product Design:
   Background in the design of consumer products or work in similar industries.
